- Approved price match differences will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to help customers purchase confidently knowing they are receiving competitive value from OverTime Play.
OverTime Play Price Match Rules and Conditions
- Purchase must be completed through OverTime Play before submitting a price match request.
- Requests must be submitted within five (5) days of the original purchase date.
- Price match requests must include a link to the competitor's qualifying product listing or other information reasonably necessary for OverTime Play to verify the competitor's price, availability, and authorized reseller status.
- Not valid on items that are on sale, discounted, or part of promotional offers.
- Only applies to identical, in-stock products with a clearly displayed price and comparable purchase terms. Shipping, delivery, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges may be considered when determining the eligible price difference.
- Competitor must be an authorized online reseller of the product.
- Not valid for pricing from:
- Brick-and-mortar retail stores
- Marketplace, auction, or discount websites (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair)
- Wholesale or membership-based retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam's Club)
- Certain brands and vendors may be excluded; exclusions are subject to change and available upon request.
